Terry Herbert
Mr. Herbert has been involved in transportation since 1990 in the Commonwealth of Virginia in many capacities and projects. Working at the Dulles Toll Road in Northern Virginia, Mr. Herbert was involved in producing an impact study on the usage of High Occupancy Vehicles on the Dulles corridor. He moved to Richmond in 1995 to become the Toll Operations Manager and later the Director of the Powhite Parkway Extension. During his tenure in Richmond, Mr. Herbert was involved in several major toll projects that included the design and opening of the Coleman Bridge, Chesapeake Expressway and the Pocahontas Parkway.
He currently is a member of the Operations Committee for the Inter Agency Group which manages the EZPASS electronic toll system and an active member of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association.
